Mark Kovatch is an exceptional person and outstanding Realtor! I recently retired, wanted to down size and move closer to my family. My daughter saw a house for sale and that's when I found Mark! I live five hours away and Mark sent me several houses to tour. I picked three and the third house was the winner and my new home. Mark is always responsive to everything I ask of him. He returns phone calls, emails and text messages promptly. He met with my family when I couldn't be there to make sure I got the perfect home! We were living in South Florida when we found out that we would be re-locating to western Wisconsin due to my husband's job. We were lucky enough to find Mark Kovatch & all I can say is, he was a Godsend! After an introductory email & a few details about what we were looking for, Mark got right to work, sending us listings in advance of our arrival here. Our first trip with Mark to look at houses was just days after we arrived. He took us far & wide as we were looking for a home in a rural setting. His shiny, black car was mud-spattered every weekend, thanks to us. He was always cheerful, knowledgeable & a complete professional. After getting frustrated we took it off the market and decided to interview several different agents. I worked with Mark over the last few months to find a new home in the Hudson, WI area. It wasn't easy because of the extremely hot seller's market going on right now.
